---Can't register Backup Exec MIB
Here is what I've done so far
- Unregistered the Bkupexec.mib that came with SIM and moved the 2 Bkupexec.MIB and CFG files to a different directory.
- Copied the bkupexec.mib file from our backup server to the SIM server (in the MIB directory)
- Ran mcompile to compile the MIB
- Ran mxmib -a bkupexec.cfg to import into SIM
All these commands ran successfully. However, when I run mxmib -l I don't see the bkupexec.mib. I also don't see it in SNMP trap settings.
Does anyone have any ideas why this MIB isn't showing up??
thx
Dave

Re: ---Can't register Backup Exec MIB
I guess I should mention that I'm running Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP3 on a Windows 2003 server.
