Cannot detect VC agent
Hi,
We have installed the support pack from CD and have been enjoying running the Version Control Agent and Manager from the Hp Systems Manager Homepage. All appears manageable and operating from here.
However, the Insight Manager does not detect the VC agent, and recommends we go and install it. We have installed an updated version, and then run an "identify" on the server, but to no avail.
The server appears otherwise manageable.
Any assistance appreciated.
