Cannot view System Management Homepage

Cannot view System Management Homepage on Central Server that is running SIM 5 and is also acting as the Version Control Repository Manager.
The System Model shows NULL against it. The Version control agent log shows this message;
"An unknown exception occurred while processing a request"
SIM 5 is also monitoring 10 other Servers and the System Management Homepage open's successfully for all these Servers.

Can you confirm that the HP Insight Server Agents et al are started on the machine?

Hi Craig,

Yes all the Foundation Agents are running,
I have set the SNMP Security settings to "accept SNMP packets from these hosts" and added localhost and 127.0.0.1
I have read the other posts and have reinstalled the Foundation Agents, the System Management Homepage and the Version Control Agent using the RDU.
Still no joy, im afraid, still getting NULL against System Model.

Have you added the CMS to the SNMP settings as well as localhost and the loopback address?

I have added the servers IP address in as well, still seeing NULL though.
Just to clarify, I am trying to access the System Management Homepage of the CMS on the CMS.

What version of the agents and SMH are installed on the CMS, and what model of server is it running on? I'm sure I've got one which reports NULL too - I'm just trying to find it =)

The Server is an ML370 G3, running Windows Server 2003
SMH is version 2.1.2.127
Insight Management Agents version is 7.40.0.0
Version Control Agent is 2.1.2.740

Are you able to try upgrading the SMH to 2.1.3.* or 2.1.4.*?

Upgraded the Version of the SMH to 2.1.4.134,
still no joy im afraid.
Its got me stumped.

I reinstalled the entire psp, which resolved my CMH timeout errors but not my VCRM errors

i know this could be a pain...but did you set 127.0.0.1 in Interruption (destination of interuption)(not securite) or what did you have in the securite of the HOMEPAGE Local/Anonymous Access?

Hm, I've always just set the trap destination to the CMS, not both the CMS & localhost..?

I know this might sound stupid but have you tried restarting the Version Control Service?

Thanks for all the replies.
On the SNMP Service, under Traps I have added
127.0.0.1, localhost and the actual IP address of the Server. I have also added all the above settings to the Security Tab as well.
The Version Control Agent has been reinstalled/stopped/started a few times, so Im convinced its not that.
Can anyone else who is running a CMS open the System Management Homepage on the CMS ok?

It's working OK for me - latest versions of all software on a DL360 G2
Restart SNMP service & dependencies?
