Certificates
Is there an easy way to have SIM, System Management Homepage and iLO/RIB boards use a servers computer certificate instead of the one that it creates itself? We have a domain certificate server that I would like to use for the certificates but having to go through each server, requesting and then installing a certificate is a little time consuming.

Re: Certificates
Hi
First thing would be to use your own root server 's certificate instead of teh one generated by the HPSIM server during the installation process.
To do so, go in option / security / certificates / server certificate then click on new. (see attached jpeg )
You may then use the configure and repair utility to spread the certificate to the servers using OS credentials.
This will leave you with the Ilo now: I think you can use the scripting capabilities of the ilo to generate the server certificate. see this xml example :

infos on ilo scripting here :

Re: Certificates
Thanks. Will that change the certificate that each System Management Homepage uses?
So, if I went to the homepage for server1 (https://server:2381), it would use a certificate issued by my root server instead of the HP one?

Re: Certificates
Yes it would if you deploy the new certificate from the HPSIM server or import it from the smh.
