Changing ports

Can the default port of 50000 (https://localhost:50000/mxportal/home/MxPortalFrames.jsp) be changed so as to run on another port?
I want to install HP SIM onto a system running another app that has already taken port 50000.

No I don't think you can.
I seem to recall a similar discussion on the forum, I think HP's response was that 50000 was a port reserved by HP. So, the other application needs to change.
