Checking HTTP server status

Dear All,
Next problem appeared: after starting HP SIP it hangs on subj message with next message in DomainManager.xxxxx.out.log:
"CMS Locale = ru_RU
loading all nodes into cache"
No messages in EventLog appears.
All services start successfully.
SNMP in setup correctly.
Have you got any idea?

Hi,
Check if SNMP trap service is set to disabled. If so please change it to manual and see if it helps.

It is started.
One more thing: it happened after HP SIM service startup account change attempt. Rollback to previous account completed but now it hangs as described below.
