Cim 7 to SIM 4.1 Migration Problem

After the migration, everything was fine, until we ran out of disk space. SIM wouldn't start, so I uninstalled SIM 4.1, and reinstalled. Now, when I attempt to do the migration by running dmtshell.exe, it complains that neither CIM 7, nor SIM are installed. What am I missing?

I found the problem. I had installed SIM 4.0, instead of 4.1, so the migration utility correctly identified SIM 4.1 as missing.
