When we add our citrix servers at one of our schools to Insight, it clusters all the IP's into one server. Consequently, it seems like we get only the reporting from the one server.
Is there a way around this? It doesnt show up as a server cluster, but rather one server with 4 IP's.

Solution
This normally happens when the servers were cloned from an image that had the Insight agent preinstalled. This results in the same agent GUID for each server.
The fix is
Delete and recreate a Unique GUID for the Insight Agent Host in the registry. In order to do this follow the instructions below:
1. Stop the Foundation Agents Service
2. Start/Run/Regedit
3. Goto HKEY_Local_Machine
4. Select the Software\Compaq Insight Agent folder and locate the hostGUID
5. Select and delete the value hostGUID
6. Restart the Foundations Agents Service.
When the Foundation Agents restart a unique Host GUID is created.
Then delete and rediscover the servers.
