CM Status (SIM5.3)
Please see attached jpg showing CM Status running on SIM5.3 server, wondering what it is? It seems to attempt something (which I'm not sure works) and then re-launch itself to try again several times...It has a system tray icon (blue circular) I'm about to upgrade this server to SIM6/6.1 and would like to make sure it's not attempting to run while upgrade is active. Should I attempt to remove it or stop it's service?

When you installed HP-SIM you've also selected the Remote Support option, which sends HW service incidents to HP. RSSWM is the part of that software, which keeps your Remote Support software actualized. Information about that service is available on
