Collection based on PSP version?

I have tried and and failed to created a collection of all servers that do not have the lates version of the Proliant Support Pack on. Can someone give me some pointers as to how to do this with regard to the baseline bundle. I am able to create a collection of devices where, for example, the ACU software version <=7.70 but am unable to do the same when it comes to a bundle.
