Communication problems
Hello All,
It appears that all my servers (300+) have lost communication with the host SIM server. How can I re-establish that communication link again ?
Regards
Colin

Re: Communication problems
HPSIM communicates with the servers via polling using SMP etc.
There's no communication to re-establish.
Rerunning identification task should show that it's communicated okay.
The client servers send snmp traps back via the agents, but unless your HPSIM server has changed then that shouldn't be an issue.
The other item is to check you don't have any firewalls etc. blocking access. e.g. on the HPSIM server itself.
