Compiling MIBs Issue

I'm having trouble getting HP IM to receive traps related to a blackberryserver.mib I'm trying to register. The vendor says it's the correct MIB, but the traps come in as Generic Unregistered. It complies and regesters with no errors though.

I've successfully compiled other MIBs and the traps come in OK so I think I have the process down. Any suggestions or helpfull hints? Thanks...

I'm having the same issue with HP SIM 4.2 SP1 and the BlackBerryServer.mib that shipped with BES 4.0. Were you ever able to get this to work?
