Configure Task for Paging Alert

Hi,

I want to create a task to page for me when one of my servers is down.
However, I'm having problem setting up the paging alert.

I've placed the netpage.exe to C:\ drive and my paging svc is at another server. Hence, I created the task and to activate the command script -> netpage mynumber paging server ip address....
However it din work. Is it that I have to place the netpage on some other path.. .or anyone have any idea?
