Conflict between WBEM and PMP 4.0 in W2k3 SP1

I have Windows Server 2003 SP1, HP SIM 5 and PMP 4 installed. When WBEM is on in SIM, PF cells for servers in device list contain red cross symbol. When SNMP only is on, PMP works fine and PF cells contain green checkmarks.
Had anybody got the same problem? How to solve the problem? What shall I lost if WBEM will be turned off?
