Control Panel Error cpqmgmt.cpl

When I go to Control Panel/HP Mangement Agents and click on "Process Monitor tab I get the following error:

An error occurred while windows was working with the control panel file c:\winnt\system32\cpqmgmt.cpl

I am having the same exact problem on 5 of my servers. They are all Proliant BL20p G2 servers...the other 3 do not have this problem though. They all have Support Pack 7.0 installed except for one that has 7.1, and the one that is different from the rest is one of the ones having the problem.

Have you called HP Support or found a solution to this problem?

No solution yet, and I never called for support yet.
