CPU's in data collection report

for some of my servers the data collection report contains more lines, then cpu's slot available
e.g. a ML570G2, with 4 cpu's, the data collection report exist out of 4 lines, 4 with the cpu filled in, and 4 empty ones,
Does anybody knows how this comes ?
