CPU Utilization when discovering PCs with HP SIM
I have a strange problem with my HP SIM. I started the discovery of systems (IP Adress range: 192.168.0.0-192.168.0.255) but after a while the HP SIM crashed.
Nevertheless the mxdomainmgr.exe service is still running and consumes an extensive amount of CPU load. I have attached a screenshot from the memory and CPU utilization.
Maybe the discovery process still running?

Re: CPU Utilization when discovering PCs with HP SIM
what you mean by SIM crashed?
SIM uses mxdomainmgr, mxdtf and mxinventory process. all are stopped? if mxdomainmgr is running and webpage is not visible may be you want to go logs and see whats happening?
loogs will be c:\programfiles\hp\system insight manager\logs\mxdomainmgr.0.log
