Create custom event category

Hello -

This seems like an easy task, but I can't seem to find it.

I just want to create a custom event category.

I want to be able to assign particular snmp traps to my custom event category and then build an event collection based on it.

Hi,

From "System and Events" navigation panel, Select customize. From there select "event" from drop down. Clicking on "New" and select by attributes you can create defined event collection.
