I need to ascertain what output I can get from an alert. If I create a manage task to run a custom command to obtain stuff like hostname, ipaddress of the server sending the alert how would I do this, or can I do this.

I used the following command file to try and capture this information, the only information in the log were labels but no data. Can anyone help?

The easiest thing would be to write the output of the set command out to a file to see all the variables.

set >c:\simoutput
