database connection

Hi !
i cant start SIM, it´s looking lika a db connection. here is the description from the server where SIM is installed:
"com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database"

Is MSSQLSERVER running as a service? If so, does the Event Viewer report any problems from the hp Systems Insight Manager service?

Note that hp SIM requires MSDE 2000 SP3 or SQL 2000 SP3.

Note that hp SIM requires MSDE 2000 SP3 or SQL 2000 SP3.

Also, Windows Authentication needs to be used.
