Deploy a initial PSP

Hello,

We do not use the Smart Start cd to deploy W2k3 servers (maybe not that smart). We want to manage the servers with HP SIM. When HP SIM detects a HP device, you can deploy an initial PSP. My question is: does the psp check the components in the server and install the appropriate components/agents on the server ? or does the PSP install everything that it contains ??

I get the impression that the psp/SIM combination checks the components, but I cannot find it anywhere in the documentation.

Anyone ???

Yes, the PSP installer only install the appropriate components.
