Different Platform.

Can we use HP insight Manager 4.2 to Manage HP, Compaq, Dell, Ibm Servers/Machines? I just wondder would HP insight Manager work with other vendor machine to monitor/Manage or its only design/work for HP Servers/Devices?. I have got windows 2000/2003 server, Xp professiona, Linux, Unix operating systems installed.
