Disk Thresholds - Customizing HowTo

Hi,

I try to customize the disk threshold function. My need is to be able the send or page the tech support only if real disk will be in problem! Actualy, I paged the tech if the disk use more the 95% of usage. But 95% fo 36gb is not the same issues then for he one a 1tb.

Do you know what I can do with this issues? It is possible to be paged or alerted only if the disk are under 5gb or less?

I hope some one can help me!
