Disk Thresholds Trap for HPUX managed nodes

Hi all,
I have configured SIM 5.1 over an HP rx6600 with HPUX 11.23 in order to monitor a fiew HPUX systems.
I would like SIM to receive a SNMP trap in case of disk threshold exceeded, but I see that I can't do that from Configure-->Disk Thresholds because I'm not managing WINNT,LINUX,IPX or OPENVMS systems.
How can I do this for HPUX systems?
