disk thresholds

How can I remove the disk threshold on the agents. I send downt he remove all task but half of them work and the other half say

Could not remove the disk threshold, the agent did not accept the request.

Any ideas on how to remove them all.

I have had the same problem for some months now. I have spoken with support and they have said that "it should work".

Anyone please.
