Diskthresholds email alert under SIM 5.2

Is it possible to setup email alert when the diskthresholds reach critical and warning state?
I'm only know how to setup disk thresholds on the server, but can't find how to setup email alert

Yes, that's exactly what the agents / HPSIM do.

When the threshold is reached the agents send an SNMP Trap.
You need to check that in your SNMP Trap Settings that the HPSIM Server is set as the destination along with the correct community name.
You don't mention OS, so cannot be specific.
In Windows its under the SNMP Properties.
