Does the new version support Netware 6?

Sense upgrading from Insight Manager 7 to HP Systems Insight Manager 4 we have not been able to receive Disk Threshold Alerts from our Novell servers. Before I install 4.2 I would like to know if it supports Netware 6. This is the only issue that we have with the current version were using but we have several Novell servers on our network that we'd like to get alerts from. Any information would be great.

Matt,

I would think the the NW management agents work independently of the OS version. SIM uses the agents to perform the threshold setting and monitoring, so you should be able to get that info.

Since you upgraded to SIM 4.2, have you re-run the Configure, Disk Thresholds, Set Disk Thresholds? Also, have you pushed out the latest agents (I'm assuming you're using the Proliant agents)?
