DST Patch & HPSIM4.1

Can someone shed some light, all our servers have had the DST patch applied tonight, the CMS HPSIM 4.1 no longer have all the menu options available eg deploy firmware, plus I get an error trying to obtain my managed custom commands!! The error is attached, is this all linked to the DST patch and Java?

Can I do anything other than upgrade to 5.1?

........found an old thread related to MS updates, run the "mxconfigrepo -f" and restarted, and everythign now looks and works ok!!!!

Curuption found on the database.
