Edit System Properties Page - SIM 4.2 SP2

I’m adding some non-window servers to SIM to monitor (ping) and for inventory and would like to use the Edit System Properties to adding information for reporting. BUT, some of the fields don’t show on the reports (Contact and Location field specifically). Is there a problem in SIM or am I missing something. Thanks.
