Email Notification not working

Email Notification not working

When trying to set up email notification the query runs ok but the email does not get sent, I recieve the following error:
java.net.ConnectException: connection refused:connect
The Insight service account has access to the email server/mailbox.
Any ideas?

Have you checked with your SMTP admins if the server also has rights?
