emails being sent reporting 90% CPU threshold

Performance Management Pack is sending me emails every time one of the monitored servers reaches 90% CPU utilization. How do I change this threshold to 95% ? Can't find it in the PMP settings or on the server settings.

I am not using PMP, but still get alerts through Insight Manager. I have set this setting the System Management Homepage, under Storage, File System Space used. You should be able to replicate the settings to all of your servers.
