Enclosure for HP BladeSystem p-Class not appearing in HP SIM

Hi all,

I have recently taken over management of a HP BladeSystem p-Class and I am trying to add it to HP SIM for monitoring.

I am having a problem getting one of the enclosures to be recognized. In total I have three enclosures two are being recognized but one isn't. The blades that are in the enclosure are being picked up but its just the enclosure it self that isn't being recognized. I am using SIM 6.3 and it is displaying the enclosure in the rack picture view but giving a health status of unknown.

Any body able to point me in the right direction on how to solve this?
