Enviroment variables

Hi,
We tried to generate sms when some errors occurs in a server, storage ...
We know some HPSIM variables in Manage custom tools, like error type, server name but we didn´t found a variable for the resume of error.

Can somebody help me please?
Any example are be welcome.
