Error in HP SIM 5.2

Hi all.
I have an HP SIM 5.2 installed in Windows 2003 Server Standard.
It was working fine but unfortunately stoped to work.
At mx.log there is this error message:

I did some connections tests and it is working fine. My database is SQL Server 2005 Standard with SP1.

Thanks for your help.
