Error message "error creating cerficate" during HP SIM installation

Hello,

During the HP SIM Installation, i have the message " error creating certificate"

It's a re-installation of HP SIM.
All HP SIM components and SQL Server have been desisntalled.

Note: I speak english, but not very well, so I'm sorry for grammar errors (I'm from Russia) and I hope what you understand me.

I'am get this message also until I set IP address and connect patchcord to Netork card.
After when I do it I can to continue the installation.
