Error Occured while we installing proliant support pack 7.91 in managed system
Hi All,
I am installing PSP 7.91 at my managed system but during the installation of HP Insight management agents for windows server 2003 ,the installation process stopped due to the reason of SNMP services stopped.But I have checked this services wheather it is on or off before the installation.
So can anybody help me how to overcome from this situation or diagnose this problem?

Can you please check your SNMP settings - there have to be 2 commpunities:
Public - Read/write
Private - write/create

Try running the setup.exe that's included with the PSP directly from the CMS Server.
If the snmp service is not installed / not working you do need to fix that error first.
