If we try to add the CMS certificate on a managed server's SHM through the "settings-trust mode-trusted certificate" and provide the fqdn of the cms the operation fails with the error
"server ... did not return a certificate"
how it can be ?
It was working up to this morning and apparently no changes have been made .
I also tried to have CMS generate a new certificate but still fails
Thanks
Stefano

Solution
Although I agree your method should work, that's probably the least efficient way of accomplishing it.
With agents 7.0 or later and HP SIM 5.0 or later, use 'Configure or Repair Agents...' to automatically fix trust and set all other appropriate settings for communications between the CMS and the agents. Additionally, if you browse from HP SIN to a device without a certificate and log in with credentials, the agent will automatically request it and set the trust properly.
