Error when adding a managed node in HPsim UX
Hi, when I try to add a managed node to the HPSIM server, I got this error when I run this:
mxagentconfig -a -n -u root -p
"Configuration failed to complete due to an exception"
Some help?
Regards.

Re: Error when adding a managed node in HPsim UX
'mxagentconfig' doesn't add a managed node to the hpSIM server, it distributes an SSH key to that server so hpSIM can execute commands remotely. That's the function used by the distributed task facility.
Check the following:
1. The managed node has SSH installed and running
2. You can connect manually to that device using SSH and logging in
3. 'root' is a valid login name on that remote device (along with its password). If that device is a Windows system and you have installed OpenSSH, use 'administrator' instead of 'root'

Re: Error when adding a managed node in HPsim UX
Ok, I know that, I put wrongly the info.
The servers is on HPux, and the client to, I can add 7 nodes, but with one in particulary I can't, with the ssh I can connect with the two nodes.
