Error

I am getting the following error when attempting to deploy initial support pack.

EXCEPTION CLASS: com.hp.mx.dtf.sshClient.MxExecFailedException
EXCEPTION: Operating system not recognized: UNKNOWN

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
