Can anyone tell me what causes this error?

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Foundation Agents Event Category: (17)
Event ID: 4402
Description: The Compaq External Status MIB Agent could not create an SNMP session.

We are also getting this alert. Already installed latest HP PSP but hasn't helped. Any ideas would be appreciated.
