Event ID 540

Hello,

Event ID 540 keeps showing up every 15 mins and on a regular basis on the security log all the servers that the new HP SIM 5.0 SP4 server monitors. Is there any reasons why? And what account is it suppose to be using since it's using my credential right now as below
