Failed on install Systems Insight Manager

I´ll try install Systems Insight Manager into Windows 2000 Server, but I received this message from system "... requires SNMP to be installed". Where install this protocol? Tks.

Get your Windows 2000 CD and go into Control Panel --> Add or Remove Software --> Windows Components and choose the checkbox for Management and Monitoring Tools. After you have installed, run Windows Update or however you keep up patching so that any SNMP-related patches will be deployed to the system.
