Falling threshold traps - HP SNMP agent

Hi,

I have problem with sending falling threshold traps from HP snmp agent. For example - File System Space Used threshold. Trap is send only when disk space cross threshold (rising), but not when the disk space drops below threshold (falling).

I check a file /var/mail/root, there are only rising threshold traps, as well as in HP SIM.

HP ProLiant DL360 G5, SUSE Enterprise Server 9 SP3, HP-PSP.8.20.

Is this default behaviour of HP SNMP Agent, or there is any problem?
