Filter Event Alerts

I am filtering out alert notifications on a few select servers on our network. I have created a managed task that has the Systems Insight Manager Events type, the server name, time filter when not to notify of alert, and told it to clear events (no email notification is used for this rule). I am still getting email notifications on these server's during the time filter assigned and it is not running the task. Any ideas or thoughts?...
