Hardware status notification

I am receiving hardware failure only from my CMS. No other system talks to SIM. What could be the problem? I have SNMP configured on all of them but apparently something is wrong. Please help....

Also, the email message I received does not reference the system that experienced the failure

Have you set the Trap send destination to point back to the CMS on the other systems?
Use the HP Management agents gui to send a trap. HPSIM should flag a major alert.
