How to change 'Execute As' user?

Hi,

I want to run some command line tools from my Windows HP-SIM Server to my Red Hat clients. However, my RH settings don't allow Root to access via SSH. Is there a way to change the 'Execute As' user in SIM so it runs the commands using a specified user?
