How to stop multiple alerts

We use HPSIM 4.1
Sometimes, a network link failure occurs. At this time we can receive nearly 100 alarms (server unreacheable) on our pager and e-mail. Is it possible to stop these alarms once they are sent?

SIM 4.2 SP2 has multiple fixes to address this problem. I would recommend you update to this version.
