HP Insight Manager Client

I am having problems with the Insight Manager client and trying to connect from a Win XP box, IE 6.0 and Java Runtime Enviro 1.4.1_04. I just get a message that says searching for Java plug in but the page never loades. I have rebuilt the PC and it is still not working.
