HP Insight Server Agent Service Teminating Unexpectedly

Hi

I'm trying to get a system onto Insight Manager, including the Management Processor. However to do this is need the HP Insight Server Agent Service to start. It keeps terminating unexpectedly when I try to run it

 

I have re-installed the latest PSP HP products and rebooted numerous times. Any idea how to get this service running? Server is a DL380 G4.

Additional info -

 

Visual Studio Just-In-Time debugger shows

"An unhandled win32 exception occourred in cqmgserv.exe [3320]"
