HP Insight Web Agent

I have more than 300 servers that are been managed by HSIM 7.20. But in some servers, the service HP Insight Web Agent (Automatic start up) is stopping (I don´t now why).
My question is: What do exactly the HP Insight Web Agent? Why do I need this service? Why is the service stopping?

Jose,

The HP Insight Web Agent makes it possible to view a server' status via a browser:
just connect to http://servername:2301 or https://servername:2381
